We respect the privacy of those who access and/or use the Site ('you', 'your', 'user' or collectively 'users') and are committed to protecting the personally identifiable information we collect. By using this website, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and privacy policies. It is your responsibility to read them carefully before using this website. 


We are an in person, creative conference, catered towards women small businesses who sell physical products and are looking to level up their product based businesses and sell more product. 


Refunds will not be given on ticket sales, but if you decide you want to transfer your ticket to another name please do so by emailing Include your full name, ticket number, and the full name and email of the person who you want your ticket transferred to. 


All images, copy, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of Ultimate Product Party (as represented by Allison Carter of Allison Carter Celebrates, LLC and Catherine Hildner of Kitty Meow Boutique, LLC or the attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any Ultimate Product Party intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so. This includes asking for financial damages are/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately. 

You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site, as well link back to the page where the materials, designs, images, text, quote or post is located when it is appropriate to do so. However, you may never claim any of our intellectual property as you own or your unique creations, even with attribution. 


If this Privacy Policy changes, we will post all changes in an amended version with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Attendee emails will be shared with our highest level event sponsors to share commercial products that would be of interest to attendees.

Please note that we can only control our own mailing list and policies.
