Fly into Orange County – just do it

John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California (SNA) is the closest airport to the UPP Venue – Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, CA. Next closest airport is Long Beach, followed by LAX. California traffic is insane, so do yourself a favor and fly in as close as possible.

Turos & Ubers/Lyfts will be your Best Friend

Rancho Las Lomas is a little out there in the wilderness. You’ll definitely need some sort of transportation to get around. Turo is great for car rentals and you can often find something that has a contactless airport pickup and drop off. Obviously Uber and Lyft are a slay too. We recommend downloading BOTH apps and then price check both of them before you book a ride. Sometimes one app is significantly cheaper that the other for the exact same ride.

Rancho Las Lomas Venue & Valet Parking

When you arrive to Rancho Las Lomas (19191 Lawrence Canyon
Silverado, CA 92676) – like we said, it’s a little out there. You might totally miss the entrance like we did when we toured the venue. When you pull into the gates if you feel like you’re at a botanical zoo you’re in the right place! Follow the signs on the road to the UPP Party!

There WILL be valet service, so drive right up, as there is NO parking lot area for UPP attendees. No need to tip the valet any gratuity. We got ya covered!

Ayres Hotel Block & Surrounding Hotels + Airbnbs

The official UPP 2024 Hotel is the Ayres Hotel & Spa at 28951 Los Alisos Blvd, Mission Viejo, CA 92692. You can book a room within the UPP room block by clicking HERE. Use code Ultimate Product Party #2464. If you need to add a day, or it says there aren’t any more rooms available just give the hotel a call ((833) 577-3916). There are lots of other rooms you can book OUTSIDE the room block.

If the Ayres Hotel isn’t your jam there is also the Courtyard by Marriott Foothill Ranch Irvine East/Lake Forest and lots of fun Airbnbs in the area. Find a roomie in the attendee FB group and book something!

Don’t miss the Kickoff Cocktail Party on Tuesday, May 7

This year, we’re hosting the Kickoff Party and we want to make sure you’re there!! (It’s included in your ticket price after all.) From 6pm – 9pm at Rancho Las Lomas you’ll be able to register early, catch up with old friends, meet NEW friends, take a bunch of fun pics in the New Pics on the Block sponsored photo booth, have a margarita (or mocktail) and grab some yummy appetizers. The attire is “cocktail” attire, but dress however the heck you want and feel best!

Program starts promptly at 8:30am each day & Schedule Details

You’ll want to plan to arrive back at Rancho Las Lomas on the morning of Wednesday, May 8 and Thursday, May 9 at around 8am each day. Make sure you wear your name badge you received at registration each day! The UPP programs starts at 8am each day. We’ll have latte cans sponsored by Pop & Bottle every morning and a couple light snacks. If you’re a breakfast person, make sure you get a full meal in before you come. We don’t want anyone hangry!

When you arrive, feel free to shop the UPP Vendor Marketplace, grab a Pop & Bottle latte & snack bar, take some pics, find a friend, and get seated. Lunch will provided be at 12pm each day, and CLICK HERE to view the full schedule for both days.

If were an Early Bird ticket holder you’ll be receiving a mini Headshot session – and those will take place during lunch on Day 1. Speakers will have their headshots on Day 2, during lunch. Surprise from UPP Sponsor – Everything Done to a T

If you already received your UPP ticket, you should have received a form from Tara over at Everything Done To A T. She has something special she’s putting together for all UPP Attendees and is asking you upload your company logo to the Google Form she created. Get it filled out ASAP or you will miss out. This form is also posted in the UPP Attendee Facebook group. Promise you don’t want to miss it!

Start Thinking About Which Roundtable Sessions You Want to Attend

There will be 13 awesome Roundtable Leaders at Ultimate Product Party this year, and over the course of 2 days you’ll be able to attend 6 of these sessions.
